The Big 12

There is a myth that juicing has to be expensive.  I don’t have limitless resources to buy any and everything I want to juice so I’ve created this list of the big 10 items I like to always buy/have on hand.  I supplement this list with things that are on sale and one shot items to make special concoctions as funds are available.  Being healthy does not have to cost an arm and a leg and as much as I would love to eat all organic and grain feed I have to make decisions to make sure I can keep the lights on.

You’ll also typically use celery, beets, protein powder, romaine lettuce, and numerous other items in the produce section, but these are the 12 that I use as my baseline for almost all of my juicing endeavors.
